Nick E. Dedes, 92, of Bayville formerly of Kearny passed away peacefully on April 3, 2024. Born in Hostia Thebes, Greece he immigrated to the United States to establish a prospering life for his family. Beloved husband of 60 years to Helen Dedes (nee Vergetis). Loving father of Katherine Dedes and her husband Dr. Elias Iliadis, and Eleni Dedes Ph.D. Cherished grandfather of Sophia, Nicholas and Elena.
Family and friends are welcome to visit on Monday, April 8th from 10:30am-12:00pm in St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 818 Valley Road, Clifton.
A Greek Orthodox Funeral Service will commence at 12pm.
Entombment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum, North Arlington.
